Nursery
In order to ensure that the plants comply with our specifications of “chemical pesticide-free from nursery to harvest,” and to verify that the plants indeed come from the seeds we have selected and purchased, we have invested in a nursery and a plant production team.
Our complex
Our complex is equipped with airlocks (SAS) to control access and prevent the entry of insects, and with hygienic locks to minimize the risk of introducing viruses such as ToBRFV. Access is strictly limited to production and maintenance personnel. In each area, an airlock and a hygienic lock are installed.
The harvest is transported directly from the greenhouse to the station through the corridor and security airlocks (SAS).
To ensure a high level of insect control without resorting to treatments using chemical active substances, we chose to invest in a high-technology greenhouse, operated by the Hoogendoorn IIVO automation system. The semi-closed greenhouse, combined with other physical and biological control methods, enables production without the use of chemical protection.
The IIVO automation system, operated by our engineers via a tablet, offers a very wide range of possibilities to manage production and various settings such as creating the ideal climate, irrigation, CO₂, lighting, machine start-up and shutdown, and much more.
Our teams have been trained by masters in the field of climate production technology, the operation of IIVO, and the use of machines in the service of agronomy, as well as the various settings to optimize both quantitative and qualitative production. We have selected the best experts to train our engineers, the finest seeds, the best fertilizers, and the most effective biological control products. This enables us to offer the very best: an exceptional product with remarkable organoleptic qualities.
